Making a rukus!

Curated by artist and filmmaker Topher Campbell, this exhibition celebrates Black LGBTQ+ creativity, activism, and pride through archive materials, contemporary artworks, and new commissions. Highlighting pioneers since the 1970s, it showcases the rukus! archive as a dynamic and ongoing political and artistic force, documenting the joy, resistance, and community of Black LGBTQ+ people in Britain.
